Cont’…..Any advise or information we can give you is free, however if you should require any of the services offered below then we will charge either an hourly rate or a daily rate for our time, phone calls, visits and fuel………

 

What we can offer……………..

 

Firstly, we can recommend several Trustworthy Estate Agents around the area, and warn you ‘off’ a few others. We will also tell you how Spain’s Estate Agents work. We can also advise you how to get your NIE, Bank Account, Residencia, Medical, Dentist, Social Security and recommend a Lawyer.

Secondly, if you have selected several properties from an Agents web site you wish to view we could personally visit that Agent for you in advance of your trip and re-check that they are still available, we could even visit a particular property and give our unbiased opinion of the potential and possibilities, value and area, also to take extra unadulterated digital photos of the property, both interior and exterior and send them to you, thus saving your valuable time and expense in a wasted trip. (John has been in the building trade in the UK since he was knee high to a grasshopper, his late father having started a family run building company after being de-mobbed from the Air force in 1946, up until John closed the company prior to moving to Spain 4 years ago).

Thirdly, if you should wish us to accompany you on visiting these properties, we can drive you in our air conditioned 7 seater, giving you the chance to see some of the Countryside and not worrying about Spanish roads and drivers, we could then help you to ask all the questions that need to be asked when viewing Spanish properties and we could give you advise on whether alterations, improvements or additional features you would want are possible. Having fully restored our B&B we can also initially give you a brief specification on what work would need doing and estimates for these ‘extras’. We can also recommend several trustworthy builders, electricians, plumbers and architects.  We can also carry out small works ourselves if needed to make your house a home. We can even recommend places to buy your car, furniture, fabrics, electrical goods, paint, tiles etc etc or again we could accompany you to some of the best places we have found over the last 4 years.

Fourthly, having bought your property in Spain and if it is going to be a holiday home or for letting, we can arrange maintenance, laundry facilities, key holding, welcome packs and pool maintenance. John can also take on property management or project managing if needed.
